Working with Sandiar you will learn to access your innate creativity and capacity to devise solutions that work for you. We will help you do this by asking skilled questions, appropriately challenge in a supportive manner and provide genuine feedback which will help you maximise your achievements.
We understand that CEO’s and managers often feel isolated, they may have no one to discuss new ideas or share concerns with and they seldom receive honest feedback from colleagues. We provide the space and the support to address this deficit.
Coaching is proven to be the most cost effective and time efficient means of enabling people to become inspirational and effective leaders.
The Coaching Journey
Coaching Programmes
We offer a range of coaching programmes; the most usual includes an initial assessment session, followed by between six and eight sessions generally over a six month period. This allows sufficient time for reflection between sessions and the opportunity to follow through on actions. We also provide email/telephone support between sessions.
Clarifying objectives
We usually meet with the sponsor to ensure clarity about our coaching services and how they relate to the objectives of the organisation. In this meeting as well as the coaching objectives, we also agree the systems we will use to measure progress during and after the coaching programme.
Sandiar has developed a model which illustrates our coaching programmes, we call it;
The Leader's Journey
